Our mission
Menopause, perimenopause, premature ovarian insufficiency, infertility, polycystic ovary syndrome, metabolic and endocrine disorders, bone health, increased cardiovascular risk, and sexual dysfunction are clinical conditions linked to the hormonal axis of women’s health. Each may be considered separately, yet they must be addressed holistically and scientifically.
Longer female life expectancy and changing expectations around reproductive health make an up-to-date, evidence-based, multidisciplinary approach in menopause and reproductive endocrinology indispensable. Standardising diagnosis, treatment, and long-term follow-up of hormonal health; reducing variation among national practices; and encouraging scientific production are core objectives.
MENÜDER aims to support interdisciplinary collaboration, training programmes, research, and public-awareness work so that all women can access the highest standard of lifelong hormonal healthcare. The society strives to advance clinicians’ professional development, increase knowledge sharing through scientific platforms, and produce reliable patient-education resources.
Within its legal personality, MENÜDER commits to supporting accurate information in scientific and legal processes, issuing statements when appropriate, and providing scientific guidance.
Our vision
MENÜDER aspires to be a national reference platform that fosters scientific production in menopause and reproductive endocrinology, supports evidence-based clinical practice, and strengthens women’s lifelong hormonal health.
The hormonal dimension of women’s health spans many interrelated clinical areas—menopause, perimenopause, infertility, PCOS, metabolic changes, bone health, cardiovascular risk, and sexual function. A multidisciplinary, holistic view is fundamental to preserving quality of life.
MENÜDER embraces scientific objectivity, ethics, sustainability, and national standing as the principles guiding its work.
