Menopause and reproductive endocrinology are two fundamental fields that concern lifelong hormonal balance in women’s health, where clinical practice and scientific research are gaining increasing importance.

As female life expectancy rises, menopause is no longer merely a transition; it is a critical period requiring a multidisciplinary approach to metabolic health, cardiovascular risk, bone density, cognitive function, sexual health, and quality of life. Likewise, reproductive endocrinology demands up-to-date expertise in evaluating and treating infertility, PCOS, premature ovarian insufficiency, and hormonal disorders.

Yet structured education in these areas remains limited, increasing the need to sustain knowledge and experience sharing under an institutional umbrella.

We believe that non-governmental organisations should strengthen scientific output, build sound institutional foundations, and take an active role internationally. As MENÜDER, we will closely follow developments in menopause and reproductive endocrinology with an ethical, objective, evidence-based approach.

Through congresses, scientific meetings, training programmes, and publications, we aim to support our colleagues’ clinical and academic development. Expanding cooperation with national and international societies, developing joint projects, and strongly representing our country in this field are among our priorities.

Our society seeks to foster a holistic view of the hormonal dimension of women’s health and to raise awareness among both physicians and the public. We are honoured to shoulder this responsibility.
